iCovest Silver Redemption Cards & iCovest Silver Certificates

Terms and Conditions

1.  iCovest Market Account Balance; iCovest Silver Redemption Cards; iCovest Silver Certificates; Redemption.

iCovest Market Silver Redemption Cards are issued by the iCovest Group Group, an Unincorporated Association operating internationally and within the Republic of the united States of America with online operations domiciled within the de jure free state of Montana.  iCovest Market Silver Certificates are automatically added to their CoVested iCovest Market Balance.  When you “access” your Balance, receive an “allowance,” or use a “iCovest Market Currency” QR Code (“iCovest Silver Redemption Cards” and/or “iCovest Silver Certificates,” as the case may be), your iCovest Market Balance displays the total remaining balance of all Silver Redemption Cards that have been applied to your iCovest Market account, but not yet applied to an exchange.  Your “iCovest Market Balance” is the sum total of your “iCovest Market Currency,” “iCovest Silver Redemption Cards,” and “iCovest Silver Certificates.”  To view your iCovest Market Balance, visit “Your Account” at iCovestMarket.org.  Redemption and exchanges are deducted from your iCovest Market Balance.  Any unused iCovest Market Balance will remain associated with your iCovest Market account.  If an exchange exceeds your iCovest Market Balance, the remaining amount must be funded with another acceptable method of exchange.

iCovest Silver Redemption Cards and/or iCovest Silver Certificates may be redeemed only toward the exchange of eligible goods and services provided by iCovest Market and its authorized affiliates (including redemption services provided by iCovest Market) on iCovestMarket.org and/or its affiliated websites.  Redemption of iCovest Silver Redemption Cards and/or iCovest Silver Certificates on any affiliated website is subject to change at our sole discretion.  If you redeem a iCovest Silver Redemption Card and/or a iCovest Silver Certificate through one or more affiliated websites, “we”, “us,” “our,” or “they” may provide iCovest Silver Redemption Card and/or iCovest Silver Certificate exchanges with information about the redemption status of iCovest Silver Redemption Cards and/or iCovest Silver Certificates that they exchange. iCovest Market may process the redemption of the portion of your iCovest Market Balance used to exchange goods and services sold by third parties on iCovestMarket.org or any affiliated website on which your iCovest Market Balance may be used.

2.  Restriction on Transfers; Limited Rights to Charitable Assigns.

Neither your iCovest Market Balance nor your iCovest Silver Redemption Cards and/or iCovest Silver Certificates may be applied to the exchange of products at any website other than the website(s) listed in Section 1 above.  Your iCovest Market Balance cannot be used to exchange other third-party gift cards.  iCovest Silver Redemption Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law.  With only two exceptions, no portion of your iCovest Market Balance may be transferred to another iCovest Market account.  PCMs/SBMs however, are granted the exclusive privilege to request the direct assignment of some or all of a PCM/SBM iCovest Market Balance to either of the following:

Important Note: Transfer requests will only be granted with the express prior written consent of iCovestMarket.org which it may withhold in its sole discretion.

3.  Risk of Loss.
The risk of loss and title for iCovest Silver Redemption Cards and/or iCovest Silver Certificates passes to the acquiring PCM or SBM upon our electronic transmission of the iCovest Silver Redemption Card and/or iCovest Silver Certificate to the PCM or SBM or designated recipient, or our delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.  We are not responsible if any iCovest Silver Redemption Card(s) and/or iCovest  Silver Certificate(s) is/are lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if your iCovest Market Balance or any iCovest Silver Redemption Cards and/or iCovest Silver Certificates are used without your permission.

4.  Use of iCovest Market Balance or any iCovest Silver Redemption Cards and/or iCovest Silver Certificates in Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to void iCovest Silver Redemption Cards and/or iCovest Silver Certificates (including as a component of your iCovest Market Balance), close customer accounts, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a iCovest Silver Redemption Card and/or iCovest Silver Certificate is obtained, used, or applied to a iCovest Market account (or your iCovest Market Balance is applied to an exchange) fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions.

5.  Limitation of Liability.
WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO ICOVEST SILVER REDEMPTION CARDS AND/OR ICOVEST SILVER CERTIFICATES AND/OR YOUR ICOVEST MARKET BALANCE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  IN THE EVENT A ICOVEST SILVER REDEMPTION CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF THAT ICOVEST SILVER REDEMPTION CARD.  CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES.  IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

6.  Disputes.
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to iCovest Silver Redemption Cards and/or iCovest Silver Certificates and/or your iCovest Market Balance will be resolved according to the terms and conditions of the iCovest Market Participation Agreement.

7.  General Terms.
Terms and conditions of the iCovest Market Participation Agreement apply.  No fees apply to iCovest Silver Redemption Cards and/or iCovest Silver Certificates.  When you acquire, receive, or apply a iCovest Silver Redemption Card and/or iCovest Silver Certificate to your account, or your iCovest Market Balance to an exchange, you agree that the laws of the Jurisdiction, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these terms and conditions and any dispute that may arise between you and iCovest Group Group, Unincorporated Association and its affiliates related to your use of a iCovest Silver Redemption Card and/or iCovest Silver Certificate or your iCovest Market Balance.  We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at our discretion.  All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by international law.  If any of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that unenforceable term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.

8.  iCovest MarketBalance Expiration.
The portion of your iCovest Market Balance made up of iCovest Silver Redemption Cards and/or iCovest Silver Certificates issued after April 19, 2017, does not expire, and may be applied to your iCovest Market account and applied to eligible exchanges despite any stated expiration date.
