Shipping Policy

We value your CoVestment and make every effort to ship exchange requests as quickly as possible. We ship items within 24-48 hours Monday through Friday unless stated otherwise.  CoVestment(s) processed after 9 M EST will be shipped the next business day.  A confirmation of shipment with tracking number will be provided.

Items will be shipped to the exact shipping address you provide.  It is the responsibility of every General Member, Participating Community Member and/or Small Business Member (hereinafter the, “CoVestor”) to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completion.  If CoVestor put the incorrect shipping address after completing your request and need to ship to a different address, and it has not been shipped yet, CoVestor will need to request for us to cancel their CoVestment, then place a new CoVestment reflecting CoVestors new shipping address.

CoVestments cannot be reversed on the basis of an incorrect or undeliverable address unless the package will have been successfully returned.  Any outbound shipping charges will not be reversed.  You will then need to place a new CoVestment reflecting the correct shipping address.

CoVestments that get lost, damaged or stolen due to the incorrect or undeliverable address cannot be reversed.


UNVERIFIABLE ADDRESS

In the event that we are unable to create a shipping label for the address provided by the CoVestor, we will attempt to contact you for an address correction via e-mail. If no response is received within 24 hours, the entire CoVestment will be cancelled and your CoVestment will be reversed in full.


MISSING / STOLEN PACKAGE

If you believe your package has been stolen or misplaced, it is up to you to file the appropriate claims with the appropriate carrier and file a police report if necessary. Your CoVestment will not be reversed once the package is marked as “delivered” by the courier.

Here are some tips to consider that may help in locating your package: Please check in and around your property (e.g. bushes, behind containers, etc.), check with your family/house members, check with your neighbors or, if applicable, check with your apartment management. Please also check with your local carrier when he or she comes by (or you can also call your local post office and ask where your carrier left it).
