RECOMMENDATIONS:

Adult Recommendation: 5-7 drops directly in the mouth (or under tongue) as a daily supplement. Can be diluted in water or juice. 

Child Recommendation: 1 drop diluted in water or juice as a daily supplement (for children over 30 lbs)

Topical Application: At full strength, apply a small amount to affected areas, avoiding the eyes and nasal passages. To dilute, mix a small amount with carrier oil and apply to affected areas, avoiding the eyes and nasal passages. 

Therapeutic Cleansing (Adult Recommendation): 10-12 drops directly in mouth (or under tongue), 1-3 times daily until issue resolves. Can be diluted in juice or water. Decrease to 7 drops daily thereafter for maintenance. 

Aromatherapy: Place a few drops into diffuser or oil burner.

Household Disinfecting: Add a few drops to your natural spray or air freshener to help control the spread of household germs, mildew and bacteria such as eColi.

Pets Recommendation (to get rid of parasites): Add 1 drop to pet’s food or water. For larger pets: Put 2 drops in food or water.
